  I had originally spoke with a Supervisor over the phone (probably in another country) on April 14th that was EXTREMELY rude, Disrespectful, and unhelpful. I have been a Loyal AT&T customer for the last 12 plus years and was being charged Internet service that had been previously disconnected. I walked into this store and Spoke with Rolland who was more than happy to help me and get me on the phone with a AT&T representative who took care of this issue quickly and efficiently. Rolland could have easily turned me away and said sorry we don’t deal with this here, but Instead he went above and beyond to help me. I APPRECIATE the Excellent Customer Service skills that Rolland provided to me today! Thanks again Rolland!
