  These people cannot cut hair. I waited 50 minutes because my son thought it would be cool to come here for the third time. This time we had Nicole the "manager" (according to her name tag). She had a scowl on her face the entire time we were there and she also happened to cut my son's hair this time. Afterwards, when I asked him to turn around so that I could see the haircut, without even blinking Michelle became very defensive and loud saying, "Whats wrong with his haircut?" Also, she did not know the policy on military discounts despite there being a sign advertising it. So I just paid the full price plus tip to avoid any kind of further outbursts from her and left with a son who's head looks like he has sunken spots in it.

  First time at this location, came in for a little clean up trim and they cut 3+" of my son's hair off and now looks like a bowl cut. There's nothing great about the talent working at any of their locations, this was the last straw. I will take my chances elsewhere for less cost.
