  Back in December of 2011, I became very ill and was taken to NWC hospital. I was diagnosed with a severe lung infection. They kept me there for 6 days until the infection had cleared up. I had medicals bills coming in from what felt like (every dept in the hospital). I felt overwhelmed by all these bills. Stephanie Baldruff had me come in with a stack of all the EOB's. She went through everything. I never felt rushed but I felt this womens compassion & not like a pain in side. She helped me straighten everything out & she was able to get all my bills organized. In this field of medicine one feels like a number. Not Stephanie, I admire her professionalism & compassion. If I ever have a question she is there to help me. A very rare person in this field. I wish I could get the compassion from some of the health care providers like she provides.This company is lucky to have someone so kind and professional as Stephanie.
