  We have used Body Builders in Palatine on a couple of occasions and have found their work quality to be exemplar. They are very timely in their work completion. The staff is knowledge, efficient and very thorough in explaining the anticipated steps in the project. Updates were provided by phone while the project was underway. We would highly recommend Body Builders in Palatine.

  Body builders Automotive 100% has the best customer service and performs the best work. This team went above and beyond to make me feel so welcome. Fixed my car like new. They even fix the issue with my car then had nothing to do with my initial repair at no additional cost. They cleaned my car I wasn't it at all expecting that. They kept me informed every step of the process and my car was ready earlier than expected. They coordinated with insurance company on my rental and payment all I had to do is was arrive with my car 2 days later and my whole life was back to normal. There aren't enough words to express how amazing this company actually is. They gave me a bottle of touch up paint that match my car at no additional cost. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my car.
